How do I find the item I am looking for?
In the upper navigation bar, directly below the LIEBESKIND BERLIN logo, you will find the following categories: NEW, BAGS, WALLETS, ACCESSORIES, SALE.
If you would like to filter the results according to these different subcategories, hover over the category you want with the mouse. In the window that opens, select your desired subcategory with the click of the mouse, for example: The BAGS category contains the subcategories: ALL BAGS, HANDBAGS, SHOULDER BAGS, BEACH BAGS, CLUTCH BAGS or SHOPPERS.
If you would like to see a complete overview of all available items, please click on one of the categories listed. Here you can select a specific item to see an enlarged, detailed product view with all of the relevant product information.
The quickest way to find a specific item is by using our search function. Simply enter the desired search term, e.g. coat or blouse, in the search box at the top right and all available items with this term will be displayed instantly. Of course, you can also search using the item number or name as well, such as: BERLIN BAG.
How can I make best use of the search function?

You may enter several search terms in order to get the best possible search results. Separate the individual terms with a space. Link, for example, the colour or size together with the item group you are looking for, e.g. red blouse, black trousers. What's more, you can also search via the item name, such as: BERLIN BAG.
How do I find out what's new in the LIEBESKIND BERLIN online shop?
You can get a complete overview of all new items from the "NEW" menu item, found in the upper navigation bar.
What's the fastest way to find reduced items?
Under the SALE category, you will find a complete overview of all reduced items in the LIEBESKIND BERLIN online shop.
What information will I receive about individual items?
The item view feature offers a front view for all items. Additionally, for many items there is a rear view, a zoom function or a detailed view. The item description will provide you with all relevant information for each piece, including style, features, material and care instructions.
How do the shopping bag and order placement work?
The SHOPPING BAG, located at the top right hand side of the page, means you can always see how many items you have in your shopping bag and the total price of all the items. Move your mouse over the SHOPPING BAG to view small pictures of the items in your shopping bag.
You can look through your list of items by clicking on the SHOPPING BAG symbol. Here you will find details on the products in your shopping bag and how much each of them cost. Please check that you have the correct quantity and colour of the selected item in your shopping bag. Here you can correct the information as often as necessary by clicking on the "Change item details" button and then continue shopping or conclude your order.
If you want to conclude your order, click on "Proceed to checkout". This will automatically redirect you to our secure server. Once you have entered all of your personal data, click on "Buy now" to place your order. If the system accepts your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail that lists every item in the order one more time. You will receive an additional e-mail as soon as the order has left our logistics centre.
