HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Your order from the international LIEBESKIND BERLIN online shop will be shipped by DHL Worldwide. Our shipping costs are 4,95€, with a minimum order value of 24 €.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

The delivery time depends on the destination country and is 4-10 working days after receipt of full payment and error-free entry of all data.

The delivery time may vary during promotional periods. The current delivery time is displayed in the order process or shopping cart and should the shipment be delayed, we always inform proactively by e-mail.

When paying by credit card, the stated delivery time may be extended by up to one day in rare exceptional cases. For mutual security and to exclude credit card misuse, the goods will only be dispatched after positive feedback from the respective credit institution.

We delivers to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden (deliveries are not made to "overseas territories" such as the Faroe Islands, Greenland, the Azores, Madeira, the Canary Islands, Martinique, French Guiana, etc.). Deliveries to countries not included in the list above are currently not possible for logistical reasons.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVES?

We send a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse. This contains a link with information on the current progress of the shipment, which can be accessed at any time. If the parcel does not arrive within five working days or the progress is delayed, the customer support of the relevant shipping service provider is available to answer any questions. We as the shipper do not have detailed information on the delivery process and therefore cannot influence it.

We offer different payment options and always aim to provide the best shopping experience. However, the available options and parameters may change. This is done for technical or preventive reasons.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

PayPal is an online payment service provided by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A., which offers a real-time payment solution. In order to use PayPal, a PayPal account with bank or credit card details is required. This saves time, as this information does not have to be re-entered each time. PAYMENT VIA ADVANCE PAYMENT

After completing an order, we will send an email with all the necessary details for a bank transfer. This reservation of items is only held for a maximum of eight days.

HOW CAN I VIEW OUTSTANDING INVOICES?

In the "MY ACCOUNT" area, registered customers can see a list of their orders, open invoices and collected points. This overview is updated daily. When a return arrives, we send a confirmation with a summary of all open items for goods already booked and ordered. We are available to help with any questions you may have via our customer support.
