HOW DO I FIND THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR?

For example, simply enter shopper or bag in the search field at the top and available articles will be displayed. A search by article number or EAN is also possible.

In general, you can enter anything in our search bar and we will then show you everything related to the search term to provide you with the best possible selection of results.

Separated by spaces, links such as colour or size - e.g. shopper black small - and searched article groups can be discovered.

The item view offers a front view for all items. In addition, the individual view of many items offers a rear view, a zoom view or a detailed view. The item description contains all relevant information such as style, features, material and care instructions. For many items, there is also information on fit and measurements. This is a great support when choosing the size and helps us to avoid returns.

HOW DO THE SHOPPING CART AND ORDERING PROCESS WORK?

The shopping basket in the top right-hand corner always shows how many items are in the basket.

Once all the desired items are in the shopping basket, the order can be completed. This is done in a few steps.
Check all items in the shopping basket and correct them if necessary.
After clicking "Proceed to checkout", you can choose between "Log in" with an account, "Create user account" or "Continue as guest".

Then select/enter the delivery address and the shipping method. We offer various options here. In the next step, we offer the available payment methods, gift cards and vouchers are also redeemed here and a different billing address can be selected. After accepting our data protection regulations and general terms and conditions, we proceed to the final completion of the order, after a final check of the order data, changes or adjustments can be made if necessary. The order process is not completed until you click on "Pay now".

If the order has been successfully entered into the system, we will send a confirmation e-mail with all details.
We will email the shipping notification with tracking information as soon as the package has left our logistics centre.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

We cannot change, insert or adjust the size, colour, delivery address, gift cards, voucher codes or payment methods. We can only cancel the entire order or individual items, here our customer service will help and check the options. If the order is already on its way and a change is no longer possible, it can be returned as usual.

WHY DID YOU CANCEL AN ITEM OR MY ORDER?

If there is a high volume of orders, there may be an overlap between availability and actual stock. This may be corrected the following day by returns from other customers and the desired item can still be found in the shop. In the case of re-availability, orders that have already been cancelled are not automatically reactivated and dispatched. We will then be happy to receive a new order! Sold-out and thus cancelled items will not be invoiced and will be automatically refunded to the originally used payment method.

In exceptional cases, an order may be cancelled due to credit checks/fraud prevention. In this case, our customer support can try to help within the framework of the data protection regulation.

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to make a non-binding reservation for an item.

WHY IS AN ITEM CHEAPER LATER OR ELSEWHERE?

Our offer depends on promotions, trends, age and stock of the articles.

In the spirit of the free market economy and in accordance with the applicable competition law, we, as the distribution channel online shop, as well as our stores and retail partners, set the prices, including the discounts, independently and on our own responsibility. In doing so, different distribution channels and models are used, in which different discounts may also be required depending on the sales. Price agreements or specifications for uniform prices in all branches and online shops are inadmissible under cartel law.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?

The minimum order value is 24 € per order.

IS THERE AN ORDER LIMIT?

There is basically no limit for orders, with the exception of stock.

IS IT POSSIBLE THAT OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN LATER?

Yes, an item that was sold out in a certain size and/or colour may be available again at a later date. It is therefore worthwhile to visit the LIEBESKIND BERLIN Online Shop at regular intervals and check the availability of the desired item.

However, it is not possible to make concrete statements about whether and when an item will be available again at a later date.
