As part of the s.Oliver Group, we have an extensive programme designed to improve working and production conditions and have been committed to human rights due diligence at our supplier companies for many years.
Compliance with our Code of Conduct for the Procurement of Goods is based on the core labour standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and is a prerequisite for starting and continuing a business relationship with suppliers.
Among other things, our Code of Conduct strictly prohibits child labour and forced labour and sets down guidelines for wages, working hours and occupational health and safety. The Code also requires our suppliers, subcontractors and any third parties involved in the procurement of goods to observe fundamental environmental and animal welfare principles.
